Quiet operation
Excellent product, with not only the quiet operation, but very well-made for the cost! I highly recommend! Better than the $1300 one that we had before.

Buying Trouble? (The kind you just dont want)
Two months or so of very controlled use NS have had a couple of incidents of it just quitting. --and what a mess. Somehow, before, it came back on overnight --today it didn't.So, dip the bowl out below the pump (I will spare you the details) (BTW you probably know, do NOT use a plunger on a pump system. . .) and then remove the lid on the pump. Not difficult (the gasket will drop in the chamber)Finding nothing of any significance in the chamber, I took the screwdriver and spun the blades. They ever SO slightly stuck. So, I thought the problem laid elsewhere, but plugged it in, it came right back on. . .My Opinion: Not enough kahunas. Something like a capacitor-start motor is needed. . .Bottom line: not wanting to repeat today's trouble, I am going to another brand

Dies with moderate use
Second one I'm returning. Can't use the extra protection I purchased as still under mfg warranty, but can't find any way to contact manufacturer.
