Yes but note that the thicker the phone case between the magnets the weaker the phone attaches - sometimes with a thick case my phone would start to fall off while I am driving.

Q: will it fit on my R52 with Nav? I have the tach and Speedo on the steering column.

Yes, the Chronopack gauges should still have the same mounting points at the back, so this should fit without a problem.

Q: Will the iphone 6 plus fit this holder?

The iPhone 6 is about 3 inches wide and the clip adapter provided can open to around 4 inches, so yes if you choose to use the clip adapter you can use the clip to hold the phone. The kit comes with an second magnet adapter with two magnets that you can stick to the back of your phone. I use this to attach my phone instead of the clip and it works very well.

Q: Where does this install?

It installs on the back the tachometer. Included hardware replaces two existing screws on the tach to secure it.
