So many laughs, so many compliments. People absolutely loved it! Also won me best costume of the night!The cone is very durable and breathable. You can also hear very well in it. I purchased 2 different cones (one for my smaller head husband) and he could not hear out of his. This one you can hear great.A few things. As everyone else has said, this thing is HUGE. I have a very large head, measuring 24 inches above my eyebrows and it was still a little big. I tried to use liquid latex to glue it down, but I underestimated the time it would take and it didn’t end up doing me any favors (give yourself at least an hour if you go this route). The color of the cone was a little off against my skin so I lightly sprayed painted it with Krylon Matte Pink paint to color match to my skin better and it worked great! No mess at all and dried quickly. I also stuffed the top of the cone with grocery bags! Worked perfect!Highly recommend this cone if your head is big enough!

It is a cone head and fits over your ears. It does have ears on the head but it is too pointy and not as rounded at the top as I would like. But I did get a few chuckles when I wore it after losing my hair during chemo.
