Prompt delivery from the vendor. I just received this and set up was a snap.So far I am very pleased. Works efficiently. I bought it for the TV room which has a stone tile floor, and the sliding glass door to back yard, approx. 13 X 12. I used it on low heat and it worked well.I love the decorative effect. It doesn't look like a heater and I can keep it out all year and not have to store it. It will still look beautiful in the spring and summer with the candle lit. IMO, there weren't enough fire rocks, so I mixed the black and white.

Nice, as described and works well. So far, meet and even exceeded my expectation for the price paid.

This is an amazing heater! Much better than the oil heaters I've used in the past. I use this in my spa and it is so beautiful.

Bought this as a Christmas present. Runs but produces no heat. Cycled through all the heat settings but the heater doesn’t kick on. Hopefully the exchanged product will work properly.
