The article I received was defective and definitely not new. indeed, Actual Samsung screens usually come with the border of the phone as a bloc, but this one came in as the screen only with no frame. This is a sign this is a refurbished article and not a new one. On top of that, as you can see on the photos, the back flexible wire is gold-colored, while the genuine samsung wires are silver-colored, this indicates the wire has been changed and the article is refurbished.I installed the screen before my researchs, and it worked a few hours before going crazy (see the white and pink lines on the picture). These white and pink lines are the sign of a problem inside the chip that turns the phone signal into analog, and this is not fixable.I can definitely return the product, tho it has been installed already.I ended up paying nearly 300$ for a refurbished product that lasted only a few hours. I would like to get my money back.

The initial install was fine. After a day or two the bottom right corner of the screen went black. Was a small part and getting the screen back off the phone would have been tedious so I decided to live with it. After two or so months the entire screen itself started to flicker. I have tried ever software solution I can find. This has lead me to conclude that it is the hardware. I wish there was some other way than this to contact seller but unfortunately there is none that I see, so over all I would not recommend this company or product.

ZERO STARS FOR THE SCREEN, CHANGED IT AND SCREEN HAVE A FAULT, DIGITIZER ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY, REALLY DISAPPOINTED, WANT A REPLACMENT SCREEN, I ORDERED THIS SCREEN WITH A SKYBOX AND IT WILL COST TOO MUCH MONEY TO SEND BACK THIS DEFECTIVE SCREEN!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY
