Very bad connectivity issue
Device goes offline every 2 3daysAlso when someone ring every time its lags or not connects to show whoes on door...

Good product especially in rented apartment.
The product quality is adequate. Does not need any tools for installation so no additional costs for carpenter or electrician.Battery lasts for approximately a month.App is not the best out there but there is no additional subscription required so that is a plus point.Price seems ok to me.I wish the company also offers a product with a better camera quality and an app with better features.

Refurbished product not new.
I received a refurbished product which was already tied to another user before. I could not connect it to my network hence. Besides, protective film on the surface was also missing and the glass front was scratched all over. Pathetic service by Lifelong as well as the seller.
