I received my kit and I really love it! It’s nice and large and very easy to set up.I was missing the seeds so I emailed Customer service. I’ve gotten a response the same day. Customer service told me they would send the seeds to me. 12 days later, I come home from work and I find a box on my doorstep. It was my seeds and nutrients. Fantastic Customer service! I was originally disappointed that the seeds are missing but it was worth it just to experience good customer service. That’s not something you have nowadays. The seeds come in a little packets and it’s just enough to get started. Can’t wait to see them growing.I had also gotten this for the fan to help with pollenization and the fan does work quite well it’s just a very gentle breeze. Setting up the app was also easy - I turn the fan off because it’s not needed for probably a couple months.It also connects with Alexa. I don’t know what I would need her for, because to app does everything. But I’m sure it would be handy. Maybe to remind myself to get more nutrients or seeds…

We just love these lights. There are only a couple of lights in our very large basement and we had the highest bulb that we could install in the fixtures and it was acceptable but putting these in has made a world of difference. The only problem we have noticed is the static in the radio when we turn the lights on in the basement. But we don't use the basement for anything so it isn't a big issue for us.From what we have read.... How To Fix Radio Interference from LED LightsHere is a list of possible solutions that we are aware of:Use a quality LED bulb. All of our LED light bulbs are fully compliant with the relevant standards. Many LED lights from cheaper or no-name brands are not compliant.Change the transformer to one with better EMI suppression, such as our Verbatim LED transformer.Shorten the cable length, and if possible use a shielded cable.Add an EMI filter at the input / output of the transformer. These are also called ferrite beads or ferrite chokes.Item 2 above is only suitable for low voltage LED lights. The other suggestions can also be used on mains voltage LED light bulbs.So you may want to take that into consideration if it might be an issue for you

I am new to the world of hydroponics and let me tell you this set hit the mark. Not only was set up super simple the rate at which my seeds grew was absolutely astonishing. I have already transplanted my first round of seedlings outside and am on to round two kits (I've only had my kit up and running for a month). The only downside I would see is the garden is not compatible with other brands of grow pods (miracle grow pods do not fit properly). Otherwise it is an absolutely perfect kit

Especially liked the large capacity of 15 plants. Assembly was easy. Filled it with water and nutrients then added my seed pods. And you can see from the pictures it's been about 14 days and everything seems to be germinating well. The small dome tops do well for holding moisture into a cyst in germination.There's only a couple of issues I had with it one there's really no way to label each plant and there was not a template provided so you could label it on a piece of paper so my wife just chose to write the various plants names with a sharpie. I also had an issue when I unplugged it to move it I had no way to resync to the number of days that I had already been growing. I moved it on the 7th day and the app counter restarted at day one. I reached out to customer service with an email but I haven't heard back it's been over a week.I'll post an update after we've had our first harvest.

I’m very new at using a hydroponics and when I bought this unit I was overwhelmed. However, it comes with beautiful instructions manual and contact number for customer support for any questions. It was easy to assemble and setup and I can’t wait to see my home garden flourish! I’m very excited since I’ve never planted anything before. I love that it comes with 15 pods and it’s very affordable. I haven’t yet used the app but the manual has detailed instructions on how to use it with the system. Customer support was great and responded to all the questions I had. I highly recommend this hydroponics system especially for newbies!

If you don’t want to use WiFi it’s very difficult to get this up and running. The lack of clear instructions for actually using it to plant anything is absent. As a consumer I had to go to other sources to understand how to place the pump, what kind of water to use, how to prepped the sponges and how to set it up to run. I live in an area where I cannot depend on consistent WiFi so don’t want to depend on that. My unit contained one pack of seeds, not several packs as the booklet describes for “what’s in the box.” The instructions on and amounts to use on the nutrients took a magnifying app to read and even after using the entire bottle of both the meter provided is still showing there isn’t enough ppm to germinate my plants.Nothing about this was stress free so far and if I hadn’t spent so much time researching how toset it up using other resources besides this product’s I would pack it up and send it back.
