Powder is loose and spills off the applicator making a mess. You can only apply a thick coverage which looks uneven on short transplanted hair.

Have used their root touch up before and thought this product looked good; small for handbag and compact design. Very disappointed in results. The powder does not come through the applicator sponge well so you are there for ages dabbing away with very little product coming out. Also its big round head makes it useless for touching up the hairline because by the time you've got some powder out by the hairline, half of its also on your forehead. Dont bother.

I've never used anything like this before and to be honest expected it to be a bit of a gimmick. I haven't tried it on head hair but decided to try it on my beard so my review will be based on that usage of it.I have a shortish beard and having recently done a full shave to let it regrow again it was the perfect time to try something like this. I have a few patchy areas around my mouth where I've picked at the hairs in the past and those areas always take forever to grow back now. I also have a few patchy areas on my cheeks due to the recent clean shave as it doesn't all grow back at the same rate.This stuff actually worked. It took a little bit for the powder to start coming through but I basically just kept stroking it against my beard and it really filled in the patches. It takes a while and it's not going to be something I do everyday but maybe when I'm going out for a meal or something I will use this.One thing I would say is to match the colour to the hair on your head not to your beard hair. I have medium brown hair but went for the dark brown colour because my beard is darker than my hair. I can say that even though this powder seems to match my beard it has absolutely made it look much darker, and not just because it looks fuller. If I ordered again I would go for the medium brown.Overall, for beards at least, this stuff actually worked extremely well and honestly I'm really surprised. If you have or know someone with a patchy beard and can get the colour right this could be a great solution.

This is a nice little product to help cover any small bare patches in the head. The colour matching is very good and it provides really surprisingly good results. As others have mentioned, it is a bit messy to get the stuff on, and your hands do get covered with the stuff and you really need to wash your hands thoroughly after to get them clean. I'm not so sure how good it'd be in the rain either, it may wash out.Overall if you need a little touch up to cover a slight bald or thinning spot, this isn't a bad product to use!
