Nutrient density, mental clarity, and the best travel companion a man could ask for.
This is a GODSEND for travel. It's almost impossible to find quality food on the road. When everything in restaurants is soaked in vegetable oils and other inflammatory triggers, I know I can rely on Helio to give me the second-wind I desperately need during lunch hours.Helio also makes incredibly tasty dinner bowls when I don't feel like cooking after work. Blend it with some avocado ice, and coconut milk and top with cacao, toasted coconut flakes, chia, sprouted almonds, and sea salt for a delectable dessert for dinner :] The ketones and nootropics provide me with cognitive energy to tackle another 3-4 hours of work before going to bed. It's awesome how they've included 10 servings of fruits and vegetables to make it nutrient dense. Regular use hits wall with sweetness
Just finished a Hello Dawn three pack. I made one for breakfast three mornings in a row. Been on keto diet for three weeks. I am happy for this shake's convenience. The first one was a nice, sweet change from my western omlette usual. By the third day, I had to agree with several other reviewers who said it's too sweet on its own or as a daily meal substitute. Maybe they should concoct two sweetness levels if they want to sell more to people looking for a daily meal option?

Super delicious!
I was at a friend's place and he made this for breakfast. I don't normally do meal replacement drinks but one sip of this deliciousness and I instantly knew I wanted more. I got some to take with me as I travel the world. I have been blending it with water and some ice cubes made from coconut milk for after workout meals. I love that it's organic, super yummy, healthy, has few ingredients (and I know what each ingredient is) and it contains very little sugar. Thanks for making a drink that nourishes the body, titillates the taste buds and is easy to make!

High quality meal replacement.
These shakes are what make it possible for me to stick to my keto diet. They really are more of a whole meal than just a shake. I have one for breakfast a couple times a week, or sometimes at work I mix one up in a shake bottle and have it for lunch. The best thing is they've taken all the nutritional guess work out of it and I know I'm staying on track.They def have a sweet taste which lends them more to breakfast/lunch. I'll be excited as they develop more flavors!

A+ way to start the day!!
I wanted to make sure I used this product in and out, on the go-go-go days and the sitting in the classroom days, the Mondays and the Saturdays before I reviewed it. As a full time student, full time employee and avid adventurer (when time allows), I’ve been on the search for a healthy, not-boring, sustenance-packed way to begin my day and this is it. I’ve used it consistently for the past month and have nothing but the best things to say about the quality, the improved way I feel throughout the day and the customer service. Didn’t know what to expect when taking this but I’m glad I did! I took a few packs backpacking with me on the coast of California and used them for breakfast. Mixed up the powder with some water and was immediately surprised how good it tasted. Not only that, but it filled me up and gave me all the energy I needed for the day long hikes. I usually get tired a few hours after breakfast, but taking Helio gave me this clean energy that lasted even past lunch time. I HIGHLY recommend this product to everyone.

High Quality Breakfast
Highly recommend!! I don’t normally have breakfast shakes because I can never find a mix that I feel good about. This one is definitely different. If you make it with the blueberry avocado recommended recipe on the back it’s so delicious! Kept me full for 4-5 hours and I felt good about what I was putting in my body. Hopefully one day there will be a chocolate flavor 🤩🤞🏼

So sweet it's inedible. Disgusting.
I was excited to try this because I'm vegan and am switching to vegan and keto. I saw other reviews mention it was sweet but it is so sweet that it is disgusting and completely inedible. I tried to force it down but it was making me gag. I am beyond frustrated, given the price. It's like drinking liquid stevia from the bottle. *Gag*
