Great taste and texture, but SO thick that a portion is really small, like a tiny side-order to a main meal. NO reason why one cannot eat three times that, except for the calories. In any case, very healthy and a good addition to the pantry (semolina is good for you).

I decided to try this premium pasta after tasting some of the brand’s other products. Pasta came in a shipping carton, containing another white carton with the 2 bags of penne inside. The paper labels around the pasta bags were a bit crumpled but the contents were intact. I followed the cooking time recommendation on the product label and then added my vegetable sauce.Bite: crunchy, solid bite, noticeably better than the meltable dough pasta I normally consume.Texture: it’s a coarse, ridged surface. I guess it’s designed to trap more sauce. Overall it tastes grainier than what I am used to.Flavor: the blending of my sauce with this pasta makes the dish more satisfying.Overall a very good product, I’ll re-order for special occasions and family dinners.

They don't have 50 ingredients that I don't know how to pronounce. Tastes delicious 😋 not too thick not too thin, with a nice consistency.

Cooks well and stays ‘al dente’ with a number of recipes I regularly prepare. Pricey, so went for the 8-pieces value pack that brings down cost per oz. a lot after trying a sample. It is worth it in my opinion, I can taste the richness of the ingredients compared to lower cost products. The cooking time for fusilli al dente should be 12-13 minutes, not the 9 minutes shown on the package.

Wow! I bought the 2-pack of the bucatini (which I feel is an underrated superior spaghetti that people are sleeping on)! The shipping was super quick and my pasta arrived in one piece even though the pasta is in bagged packaging (instead of the usual boxed packaging). I was pleased that none of my pasta was broken during the shipping process.I cooked my bucatini according to instructions which said to only cook for 4 mins for it to be Al Dente. The pasta came out perfect and soaked in all the sauce. I forgot to take a photo of the completed product but I was really impressed! This is definitely going to be a staple in my pantry for quick weeknight meals.
