Ordered this for my special education class. The knowledge it shares is fascinating. I love that it opens to see inside of the earth. My class will love learning about geography, solar system, and the Earth's interior. Unfortunately, the rocket broke. Is there a way to replace it?

Amazing globe. Kids can really learn from this piece of technology. The reviews on it were mixed so I felt like I was buying "buyer beware" but still decided to take a chance. Am glad I did. Think we will just need to be gentle with it so that we will have minimal faulty issues (e.g., I read that the hinge is flimsy so we will be careful with that). Am optimistic.

I personally liked this globe and my sons the best favorite toy. I shouldn't call this just a toy it is something where kids can explore/learn and enjoy independently with out any help. My son is 4.5 years old and now he knows everything like continents, countries,capitals,states and capitals many more. I made couple of videos and uploaded to you tube and around 10 of my friends are inspired with the product, got details from me and brought for their kids.

Wonderful product! My kinder is learning and having so much fun with this wonderful product. Easy to use, clear & crisp voice, easy to read, and so far we love using it.

My grandson is enjoying this educational globe and learning a lot of the countries. The only things is we are from Puerto Rico and when he put the pointer for the traditional music it plays jazz. When that is not our traditional music. Please see into to that. Are typical music is danza, bomba, plena or salsa.

My grandson loves this globe. I think he will learn A LOT! So far in only 2 days he is learning about planets, hemispheres, states, continents, countries etc. He especially loves the shuttle pointer pen and sound effects. Great for self learning and led learning both! Adults even love the games!

This should be a wonderful product, but it has a couple of major problems that make it pretty much useless: the biggest problem is that there are a lot of mistakes in their facts, so if you learn the information it gives you, you'll have things wrong. It also has game functionality, but there are programming errors that cause it to not recognize right answers - like clicking on the word "Oceanea" when it says "Find Oceanea" gives the "wrong" buzzer. The buzzer is ugly and getting it when he's RIGHT makes my son cry.There's no phone number for customer service that I can find, and they don't respond to the email on their website. I don't recommend anybody purchase this product - or anything else from this company - until they get their act together.

Bought this for Christmas gift for granddaughter. She really liked how the globe could open up and show the inner earth as well as the solar system. It does have a very weak hinge as other buyers have said so have to be very careful when opening. Unfortunately, after an hour the pen quit working. Tried recharging with different usb chargers as well as computer usb port but none worked. Reset button did nothing. Tried contacting customer support but got only a busy signal and gave up after a couple of days. Tried online support through their website but no techs were ever available and told to try later. Sent an email to tech support describing the problem but never received a response. Also found out they will provide full warranty only if it was purchased through them and not third party like Amazon. Returned this item to Amazon for a refund.

Leí que en envíos anteriores el empacado fue defectuoso pero llegó muy bien empacado y funciona de forma correcta. Es intuitivo y fácil de usar además de muy interesante y con funcionalidades por rango de edad. Lo recomiendo!!!!.
