We did a 3 day Power (walking) Vacation of D.C.. Ordered this map weeks in advance, picked destinations and route and scheduled what needed to be scheduled. Once there...Map was so accurate and easily memorized we only pulled it out because we had extra time. I credit this map for a wonderful vacation (and I made my Daughter and Sister study it lol).

I bought this map when I was planning our family vacation to DC and it was perfect! I used it during the planning phase and then took it with us to DC. Sometimes it is just easier to have a physical map vs your phone. Easy to fold, easy to read, and nice and sturdy.

This is about the best item I have bought for a Washington DC trip. I’ve not gotten one item to help me plan my trip better than this. It is a must if you are planning a trip. I ordered an extra one for my husband.

I like the maps from VanDam. We used this one many times while in DC. My only complaint was the size of the Metro map. Metro is absolutely the best way to get around DC and I wished the map was bigger to allow for more information.
