The bar and bands are great....Very sturdy bar i would highly recommend this....But be for warned......The carabiner are a little inadequate as there not so easy on and off for the bands,but if you are waiting 2 to 3 minute's between sets when working out it,s no problem as i do......Bands are great and i get a very good workout....

Only thing it's missing is a base to attach it to. I've only used the lightest band, as I am currently injured, but even that has nice resistance to it. I can imagine the highest resistance one would be enough for most people, especially if you combine it with another band. I'm above average strength, have gone to the gym for years before...but something like this is a great at home addition. Looks like well the bar and bands were well made. If you need something portable or not into heavy weightlifting then something like this or the IsoChain would work great.

Great bands but the hooks won’t come undone after I put them on making the bar and the band I attached it too useless. Wish it was better might have to saw it off.

I returned this because having to make the changes to do the workouts I wanted would lower my heart rate to the point it was literally stopping and starting.Just not for me. It was made well, the bands could have been longer.I hope it works for others better than it did for me.
