Illinios Industrial Tool 16 LED Hurricane Lantern, Silver

Wanted something to replace older units I had for emergencies and got this retro looking LED. Bright and small on needs for batteries, this retro lantern will be both functional and aesthetic

Just received these yesterday and we opened one up and tried it. The light is not as bright as I would have liked, but it is going to be sufficient if we have a power outage. Not bright enough to read by, but will give light in the room.Better than others on the marketplaces. Price was great.

we ordered 6 lanterns to light a dark pathway. when they arrived I was dismayed to see that 3 had broken in transit. when I contacted the company, the replaced the 3 broken ones and shipped them that day. when they arrived they were perfect and just in time for the event. they're much safer than the original oil lanterns that we were using - but just as bright.

I use it every night in my bed room. I am handicapped and can't get out of bed very easy so I use it to take my medication it gives off plenty of lite to read the bottles so I know I am taking the right meds I will buy a couple more to put in other rooms in the house. This is made very strong a great buy for the price.

I installed two alkaline batteries and got no light. I tried them in each lantern and it didn't work. So I found some non-alkaline heavy duty batteries and they lit like a charm. ...so don't get upset and send these back if they don't work. Insert some cheap heavy-duty batteries and they should work fine.Otherwise, they are a very cool item. The metal is very thin,but overall a pretty good product.

This is a solid inexpensive, safe lantern that you can use all the time, 2 D batteries and you are ready , it is shiny so it's tough to loose, it works great, 5 stars,
