This hair dryer is not great for medium length hair. I use medium sized rollers and my head will barely fit up in the dryer and as my hair begins to dry it sucks stray hairs up in the motor and hurts like crazy. If you have short hair it would be awesome for you! Also, I must add a trick I figured out. If you have some sort of net you can put over your rollers it won’t suck your hair up into it! I was breaking hair like crazy up in this thing.

Used it twice without issue! On the third time it yanked some hair out and twisted and burned another section of hair!

Putting this together was a bit of a challenge, as I had to have my husband help with his rubber mallet, but once it’s all in place, it’s beyond great. Your home will literally be transformed into a salon- this hooded dryer is that good. The height of the hood ranges from 48-63 inches and this hood is big for any hairstyle being set with rollers, just like the 60's!The base is super sturdy and the bonnet hood adjusts to every position. There are 2 speeds and the temperature can be adjusted up to a hot 158 degrees with the 3 different levels. There is also a built in timer for 10 minutes to up to an hour. The wheels are super smooth and the noise level low. I hate the damage blow dryers do to my hair, but this bonnet has a high wind speed and low temperatures to save your hair from heat damage. This along with the ozone ion function will totally protect your hair from heat damage. It may take longer to dry your hair, but your hair is worth it, and you save your arm from holding a blow dryer every day. I love having a salon right inside my home, that will save my hair from damaging blow dryers. 5 STARS.

10 min into using hairdryer it sucked up my clients hair and twisted it into the vents. What hair that wasn't stuck was spun into knots. Not happy at all. If I could get a refund I would. I wouldn't even give this dryer away to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  I received my dryer quickly and as described! The seller packaged it well, it arrived without any damage. This dryer is MASSIVE!! Definitely not the easiest to store! The instructions weren’t the best either. I spent 20 minutes trying to screw the base together! My husband helped me and had to hammer the bolt into the pole. Once it was all put together I fell in LOVE with it!!It glides effortlessly across the floor! It’s easy to push/pull but very sturdy! The air flows evenly throughout the dryer hood and it’s spacious! I’m so excited about the portability of this dryer…being able to sit on my couch or at my dining room table while drying my hair is an added bonus!! I love the timer and the numerous heat settings!! This is definitely worth the money and investment! I love it!

The media could not be loaded.  I am a licensed Cosmetologist. I bought this to save space in my suite. It worked okay when I first bought it. I bought it in September, starting using it in October. And it took a crap in the middle of a color.... 3 months. I've had this dryer for 3 MONTHS!! The price was too much to spend for it to only last for 3 months. My older bulkier dryer worked better than this one. I tried contacting customer service... they're dragging their feet. We will see what happens next. I'm not a satisfied customer.

This is second dryer I brought and the parts do not fit . Can’t use it and can’t send it back husband threw away the box. Rip off two times. Worst experience on Amazon. Never had this problem before until ordering these dryers .
