These pants have a bit more of a relaxed look and they feel like a cargo pant material, but soft. These would definitely work fine as formal uniforms pants. My grandson is a small 11yr old. He’s slim and short. 4 feet 8 inches tall and 68 lbs soaking wet. The size 12 slim straight pant fit him perfectly. These also have an adjustable waistband. Izod, please keep making these pants, because I’m sticking with these until he graduates. Wash and dry warm. No ironing necessary if you fold them right out of the dryer. They don’t pill and are durable. They stand up to regular washes very well.Update. I unexpectedly had to change his school over the summer. I was able to return the grey pants and buy the exact same pants in the khaki color. I’m happy this seller had many color options.

These pants were the only pants, length wise, that would fit my skinner/tall son. I tried to dry them and they did shrink up, so I do not advise to dry them. I hang dry them. But, The fit in the waste and the length is perfect. Also the knees are more durable on these pants than the other ones I use to buy at the Children's Place. These pants are also a little thicker, not too thick.

I bought a size 10H for my son and they fit perfectly. No need to size up are down, the size is on point. The marterial is great quality with a little stretch to accomodate movement in active boys. Color is as expected.My only dissapointment was that I ordered 2 of the same color and size and only got 1. Got one in a smaller size and different color. Huge inconvenience.

These pants have plenty of room in them and are a little bigger than expected but they will be grown into. Good quality material and they fall well on my kid.

Great uniform pants

We bought these pants for school uniforms. The material is nice and seems breathable, not to heavy but soft on the skin. After 2 washes they seem to hold up well, time will tell. They fit very well in length and around the waist, I like that the waist is adjustable.

Bought these pants because one of the videos showed it was a hook closure. They are not. They are button closure much to my son’s disappointment. We just received so I can’t speak to quality. They seem to fit well.
