leaks
it leaks even after putting teflon on the threads. amazing poor engineering. NOT recommended.

very strong
These containers are very strong which is good for the stackability frature. Why the vent holes are NOT drilled I don't know, but a 7/16" wood drill bit takes care of this in short order. Use a 7/8" on the cap youwant to use as the discharge with the spigot.

Not the same size
I ordered three about a year ago and liked them so much I built a shelf unit to hold nine. Just ordered three more and they are not the same size and do not fit in my shelf unit with the others. They are larger. Otherwise, this is a nice way to store water.

NO instructions, flawed
This item REALLY needs to come with instructions. I've got a third of one filled, put the cap on, cannot get it back off. FRUSTRATING.

Strong but Flawed
The storage containers are strong and sturdy and stack well, but I have yet to figure out the spigot. There were no instructions on how to make it functional? How the spigot screws into the cap is still a mystery to me (there’s no hole in the cap). Manufacturer—-provide INSTRUCTIONS on the options and usage of your product!

Unwelcome surprise
I like the size and stackability of the jugs, but you have to drill holes for main opening and the vent. All my other water jugs let you screw in the spout into the opposite side of the flange and tuck it into the jug during transport to keep any damage from occurring. I drilled the holes, extreme care must be taken to get the hole large enough to screw in the spout from the opposite side to prevent damaging the threads.

Rubber gaskets leak
The jugs are heavy duty enough. Problem I have is rubber gaskets won’t seal. Constantly dripping liquid. Also spouts always trying to cross thread when putting them on.
