Six weeks on this “stuff” and here’s the results. I’m a 78 YO male still working full time as a Realtor in both NJ & PA. In fair health and very active. Please DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DO WHAT I DID!! Not very smart but I just had to try it my wayThe dated photo above shows what I have not been able to do for years. Clinched my fist. No pain. Both hands and toes. Off the Naproxen. Period. This in itself is worth buying this “stuff”. Now here’s the clincher for sure. I was Diagnosed with diabetes eight years ago. Been taking those stinking drugs for eight years. Been taking Metformin for friggin years. Sugars under control. A1C =6.5 or so but always under 7.Went cold turkey 6 weeks ago. Off the Metformin -period. Blood sugars now in the A.M. 110-120. Afternoon 95-110. Evening 100-130. So far so good. One krill in the morning with food and one in the evening with food. Sugars are LOWER being off the Metformin and on the Krill.Maybe my Diabetes just went away. Miraculously disappeared. Or maybe, just maybe this Krill stuff really works in other ways we don’t know about.Please don’t do what I did. It could kill you.RonJust adding a P. S. False advertising! NOT 1000 milligrams! It doesn’t show it on the Amazon photo, but on the shipper bottle it says in tiny little letters “per serving” after “1000 mg”. Meaning that each capsule is NOT 1000 mg it’s actually only 500 mg and you have to take two of them. Pomme knows that when people are comparing brands and prices online they’ll see the “1000 mg” and think that they’re getting 60 of those capsules for a certain price. Though I do like the quality of these capsules, they are blatantly lying about the size of the capsule. Very disappointed, and I also realized that for months I have been under dosing....

I originally bought this product just for a better delivery of omega 3’s than fish oil. I had absolutely no idea that just one 500 mg pill would make my knee pain go completely away! I had to order my second bottle right away. I don’t ever want to run out. With most pills I can’t tell for quite awhile or EVER if they are working. This is the first time in my LIFE that anything over the counter worked with ONE pill! I have told quite a number of people. I can now do lunges to the ground. I am getting better workouts. I will NEVER stop taking this. I take one in the morning and one in the evening. My son takes two in the morning with the same results.

I'm not sure about the anti-inflammatory part, but it does seem to help. What I am sure of is the lowering the bad cholesterol. I took this for a bottle and decided it was of no real benefit, so I stopped. My bad cholesterol was still high but close to in range. The next bloodwork done was without this and it went through the roof. After the doctor and I talked he thought maybe I should try this again, so I did. Once again, the bad cholesterol is considerably lower.

Not sure why the Pain Relief rating factor as Krill Oil is not normally intended to be used for that purpose that I am aware of. My doctor asked me to take 1000 mg/day to lower my cholesterol. I am not certain whether this has worked, but I continue taking them. I found a better price point elsewhere.

In the past three months I’ve been having brain fog and fatigue and just didn’t have the energy to tackle the day. My doctor told me that Omega-3 fatty acids are needed by the brain to function well and that krill oil is delivered in phospholipid form, which is absorbed by the body easier than regular Omega-3. I’ve been taking these for a while now and I feel much more focused and energetic. No more brain fog or lack of concentration. I feel that I’m finally powering up my brain with what it needs.

Works great but the price for this 30 day supply was overpriced. Unfortunately I found another, practically identical Krill Oil for the price but 60 day supply.

I know the title is gross, but that is my main complaint with omega supplements. These haven't caused burps, so they are a solid 5* with me. The effects are really unseen, as I feel omega supplements do keep me moving and help minimize the aches, but I'm too scared to stop taking them to see if I hurt even more.
