Excellent quality and well crafted.

Bought this for a co-worker as a gift. Didn’t realize this wasn’t actually for horses. Oops.

I wasn't expecting heavy full leather but this is still dissapointingly cheap and light feeling.It's hard to get a satisfying impact when they're too light to have any inertia.I recommend spending the extra $ for a slightly nicer real leather set.

This is a nice looking prop set, perhaps something for beginners. Definitely not the weight or quality of leather tools, but the price point reflects that.I was impressed with the length of the strands on the flogger - it was longer than I expected. Even though it is light weight it is still quite capable of delivering a sharp sting!At the same time, the riding crop was a little shorter than I expected, but that may be because I already own two longer ones.I will likely use these as photography props, but not put them into actual use.

these are great for cosplay. i am not a horse person, so i dont really have any insight on that end of the spectrum.

For the inexpensive cost of this set, the flogger and crop are nice pieces. Perfect for cosplay and sturdy enough for other potential uses.
