The Country Life Vitamin B-6, 200 mg tablets are for my vitamin B-6 deficiency and were prescribed by my physician. I take 1 QD as she suggested. They are capsules so basically are tasteless. Amazon is a relatively cheap supplier of this vitamin in this dose.

I don't really know how well these work, but what I'm really happy about is the dosage size. Years ago, my doctor told me to start taking 200 mg of B-6 for a condition I have. I had only ever found it in 100 mg tablets, and so had to take 2 each day. With all the other pills I have to take, it's just nice to have 1 less to take! :-)

This supplement gives me relief from a deficiency and is so important a B vitamin. Thanks. FYI - muscle testing was the way I learned of the deficiency and that this helps. And I eat healthfully.

I like that is odor free , I dislike that have 90 capsules only
