Magnesium Oil - 250ml

I got this for relaxation and to help me sleep. The first few days it stung but that meant my magnesium levels were too low 3rd day it stopped stinging and could feel the effect starting to kick in. This is not a magic pill, years of depletion or insomnia will not go overnight and you have to be consistent. I have been using it for almost a year and my knee is not in pain anymore and I am able to sleep better. I stopped using it for a couple of months and the first day back to use it I had the tingling sensation but not burning, I just apply it before bed time and it works as a treat.

Really good nights sleep, no restless legs

I bought this as a last resort for cramps/tightness/restless legs. IT IS INCREDIBLE. I have suffered with this issue for years and even had a GP prescription which did not help at all. I wet my legs and then spray on, let it air dry and then sleep. One of the best added bonuses Is that it gives me an incredible nights sleep too. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone having similar issues to mine.

Arrived promptly. After years of disrupted sleep I have slept so much better since I have been using this. It’s not oily despite the name so rubs in easily. I spray my arms and legs before bed. When I wake in the night I now manage to go back to sleep which never used to happen. I will be buying this again.
