MAX MIRANI Luggage Move Mobile Closet, Brilliant Black, 22

It is stylish and I have received many compliments on it at airport and hotels. While concept of it is a great one, unfortunately execution isn't so much. At most, I have been able to pack a week's worth of summer wear. Even then, it was very difficult to close and the stitching on the outside that connects the case to the zipper looks very stressed. The zipper that held the toiletries pouch broke on the 2nd use. and the zip out bag that houses the shelves had already ripped. I tried to contact the company regarding warranty service, but I have not received a reply. Not sure if they are still in business at all. My luggage is less than a year old.I would not recommend this for a frequent traveler. I just don't think it will stand up to regular use. Probably best for an occasional weekend getaway.

This bag should really have 1 star. I gave it 2 because the design and concept are so good. The quality simply isn't there for a bag this expensive.I purchased this piece after much review and research. The bag itself is very well designed. I absolutely loved using it. Super organized, easy to use, great design. I used it for a few trips, my wife used it for a few trips - we both really like packing in it and its great way to stay organized upon arrival.Unfortunately, after 5-6 uses, the outside zipper broke. The bag lasted less than a year. It took no less than 8 phone calls and 4 emails to even get a response form the company. After contacting the company to discuss the "lifetime warranty" I was informed that they would not honor the warranty as I had purchased it on Amazon.I travel quite a bit and have a couple of Tumi bags. My first Tumi bag went back to the factory twice for repair - I was out only the cost of shipping. The bag came back the first time good as new. The second time, I got a call saying that it was unrepairable and was offered a substantial discount on a new bag. As the bag being repaired was 15 years old and had been well used during that time, I took the new bag option.The Move Mobile Closet is a great concept but substandard quality and poor customer service make it an un-recommendable bag. It is far too expensive to purchase it for the few trips it will actually last before falling apart. I really loved the organization but it just isn't worth it. Max Mirani needs to take a page out of the Tumi customer care book.Don't buy this bag. Buy a Tumi. The Tumi will hold up better, last longer, and you have customer service when you need it.

This piece of luggage broke the first time I used it. It was a nightmare. One of the inside zippers was broken when it arrived As I arrived home from my trip in baggage claim, the handle totally broke off along with the spring intended to let you put the handle back down. Very disappointed in this product,

Although I do love this bag, I have to admit the quality of the product seems less durable and possibly not as enduring as I imagined. There was also no warranty for this product as I saw on the item's website. It leaves me a little suspicious to the authenticity of the product. But the details are amazing and I truly traveled with ease and style. It fits perfectly in the overhead bin but not small enough for under the seat, as it stuck out a little too far in regular economy seating. Overall I'm satisfied, but still a little suspicious ;)

Great idea, however the bag is a bit too bulky and too heavy for carry-on. Good quality bag though.

I recently bought 4 of these (1 for myself and 3 for my work team as part of their bonus). Our team travels up to 200 days a year, and when we travel, we are in a location for generally 4 days. This is the PERFECT luggage for us. We love that you can hang it right up in a closet and not have to unpack. I was amazed at how much I could put in it as well. It is also smooth as silk as it goes down the airplane aisle - never have to pick up the luggage (for frequent fliers, you know how uncomfortable it is to have to pick up your bag as you are trying to get to you seat)! It fits perfectly in the overhead, even on a smaller plane. I just went on a weekend trip with my husband, and this time I unzipped the insert and used it as a carry on. It was great because I could fit even more in the luggage while having a carry on that did not weigh my shoulders down. I can tell that a lot of time and effort was put into making this product very ergonomically efficient. While the Mobile Closet is not cheap, and I am not usually someone who spends a lot of money on things, I have found that this is by far the best investment for me as a frequent flyer, and with the lifetime warranty, this will be the last roller bag I will ever purchase. Can't say enough about how much this has been a game-changer for me and my team!

Easily scratches which is not good if you are on a small plane and need to gate check. Besides that the bag is great. But for the price I paid for it, I would like for it to not be scratched after 2 or 3 uses.

This is a lovely design but with today airport travel the weight is an issue for this case - its put me off using it now a couple of times . I still look at it with love but I have to admit if your tight on carry on weight allowance and only want to do check in this one is no good. Whilst I love the inside I wish I had invested in a lighter option
