Initially the brush broke but I was contacted by the company to have a replacement sent to me. Their customer service was great and where able to fix the problem.

Perfect for cleaning hard stains
Tree sap baked into my white car. Spent hours trying to get it off by hand with little success. I ordered this kit and was a let to get it off in minutes!! Well worth it

Extremely stiff drill brushes, still a useful kit
Good kit, many useful items. I would NOT use these drill brushes on any upholstery or carpeting, as a detailer I fear they would do more damage than good, unfortunately that's one of the main things I ordered for.
