Really love the functionality of the product, however my first one failed and had to have it replaced and the replacement may fail soon to. The flaw is there is a plastic internal ring that can break with frequent use - it actually jammed the mechanism on the first. On the plus side, the fingerprint scanner is very accurate. Sometimes takes 2-3 scans but never fails to read.

its finicky. took me a while to set up. doesn't always register my print on the first or second try. that said i've watched my roommate pick every lock imaginable except this one

I am unable to reset it as per the instructions. It is difficult to set and use

I used it less than a month and some days it will read my fingerprint successfully but then will not open. I can hear the mechanism inside trying to open but failing. I verified this by finally getting it off my locker and looking at the bar that locks it from the top. It's happened many times and if I try enough times it eventually opens but it may not be worth the wait if I need to open my locker quickly

The lock does not work. The fingerprint scanner will not recognize my fingers.I didn't get past the set up phase, and never got the lock to even open.

setup has failed dozen of times I use biometic door locks at work that hardly ever need a secont try. These are too unreliable i have returned.

This product does not work. It will not take any fingerprint information. This is the first defective product I have bought from Amazon. I hope they will stop sending it. I have requested that the manufacturer replaces it or refunds my money.
