I honestly thought it would've been made of a more sturdy material, but I guess it will do. Also found it cheaper at academy, but I had already purchased this one. Mine came with no free gift as advertised. It meets requirements.

Small and lightweight. Wasn't a requirement on my small boat, but not a bad idea in case of emergency.
