This phone was the one to switch me from Apple. Due to fingertip neuropathy I wanted a large keyboard and the option of a pen, so this was the perfect solution.Having used it for over a month it's been fantastic using the large screen when browsing or the small screen for the occasional quick message. There are a few apps not optimised for the square screen but they're few and far between.There are no worries about the screen fold unless I open and close the phone every 10 mins for 5 years. I do recommend replacing the factory inbuilt screen protector which started lifting after a week. The third party replacent I used has been great though.

Simply it is a great phone to use,with the front screen for normal everyday use that can have a different apps and screen lay out to the folding inner screen. Great cameras outside and inside and the great selfie camera screen on the outside screen for use with the main rear camera.Great battery life, with a fingerprint reader/bixby multifunction button on the side below the volume buttons.

The phone has lasted only 18 months before significant issues and all started after a recent software update. Phone always handled carefully. So issues if open main screen it's black and whole phone shuts down. So can use with front screen but won't pick up wifi. Will work with sim data. Have moved sim to another phone. Initially thought it an excellent now would advise against anything Samsung.

Bought it as a replacement to my S9 love the big screen, struggling to find a nice girly case, did not come with a pen.

This is excellent and really suits my needs. To change between phone and tablet is very useful especially because I prefer a bigger screen.

I bought this phone a year ago, and it broke exactly one year and one month after the purchase. Bad luck? There's more to it.Apparently, foldable phones have a limited number of opening/closing cycles after which Samsung does not guarantee their functionality. Additionally, the smaller front screen prompts you to unfold the phone more often since it is much more comfortable to use when open.Exactly one year and one month in, I can no longer fold the phone. If I do, it shuts down. When I went to ask for a repair, I was quoted £500, and the operator mentioned that many customers have reported the same issue. He even advised me to buy another smartphone.If you're okay with a phone that lasts only a year, go ahead. But if you're looking for a more durable product, steer clear of it.On the bright side, it has an amazing camera, and I enjoyed having a larger screen. However, the vast majority of apps are not optimized for the screen size. Even when you just want to watch Netflix or YouTube on the larger screen, the image will be cut off, and the resolution won't be suitable for the screen size.
