I'm in my 30s I'm not a smoker don't spend a ton of time outdoors so other than having sensitive skin my skin was in fairly good condition. I was hoping this would help my skin feel softer and help fill in the crows feet and laugh lines before they start becoming more noticeable. Smells good yes, looks nice yes, giftable possibly, good value no. Did nothing for me other than dry skin out. It didn't trigger any sensitivities but also did nothing good for me either. I personally wouldn't gift this or recommend this

It's a kit with three trial size bottles - one each of cleanser, serum, and moisturizer.They're supposed to contain live probiotics.With the cleanser and serum, I feel a slight tingling sensation on my skin. Which I don't like.The moisturizer is lovely though, non-irritating and goes on smooth. It's good for both day and night use.

Educated consumers will always want to know what’s going on our beautiful faces without doing detective work to find out. Although the packaging and marketing of Live P.S. is initially intriguing, mysteries outweigh actual communication about what’s in it. We learn that “Microbiome helps defend skin” yet the ingredients are not listed. We constructively urge the good folks at the company to include the full list since educated customers become loyal ones. A detective journey to the company’s website shows only highlights amid the marketing sell. Never enough.

I am in my late 40's with extremely dry, sensitive skin. I am not normally a fan of these type of sets because one product always is used up before another, but it is also a good way to try a product before committing to larger sizes.Initially I liked how this was packaged . . . a classy and giftable box with a magnetic lid. Inside there is a cardboard holder and some paper strips, unfortunately not strong enough to stay in place so the bottles had moved around.The bottles are a simple pump design. They do not release enough product for me and it takes 2-3 or more pumps to treat my face and neck.This system really did not work well for my skin. The cleanser had an herbal scent which I liked, but it immediately caused my face to itch. Thinking maybe it was interacting with something else I had used, I waited and tried again the next day with the same results. Thankfully, it rinses easily.The serum is a pale yellow with a thin consistency. It has a woody scent and smooths into my skin easily without rubbing or tugging. It worked well with my skin and helped it feel nourished and was slightly moisturizing for me. I think that someone with less dry skin would find it to be more moisturizing.I am not a fan of the moisturizer either. It smells a bit like sour milk to me, and I found that it laid on my skin more than soaked in. I felt like the next time I washed my face it washed off.Given the negative to my sensitive skin I would not repurchase.

An excellent set of skincare products. Each are quite good and hold up on their own. All are very nourishing for the skin and go a long way at promoting good skin health. They are soothing once applied and condition the skin with plenty of rich emollients and probiotics.Each of these products are very rich and creamy when first applied. You can easily feel they are loaded with emollients. Because of that, I do have to say that these are best used by those with normal to dry skin and they would be especially good for those with mature skin. I wouldn't use these on oily skin though, but they are great on my combination skin on my drier days.Leaves skin clean and each item is gentle. Probably fine for most with sensitive skin. No real scent was detectable. The serum is of a yellowish white creamy consistency and the cleanser and moisturizer are both a thick white luscious cream.There will be a little bit of dewiness after application. That will subside within an hour or so. Of course, if you prefer, you can gently pat the excess off with a towel and you'll be fine.Makes skin look great and very healthy. Feels wonderful to the touch. Nice and creamy smooth. Diminishes fine lines and softens the deeper ones. Moisturizes and firms up the skin. Will also make it more supple and elastic. All in all, a very good assortment of skincare products.

First the cleanser is just recommended in the morning the other 2 are for in the evening doesn’t make sense not a great set.

While this comes in a nice magnetic box, the set was unsealed (and the bottles can be unscrewed) and there were some minor dents on the bottles. Otherwise, this would make a nice set, especially for those interested in probiotic skincare. All of the products share a scent I can't quite describe. It's strongest in the moisturizer and not really pleasant but not awful, especially since it's very mild in the other products and doesn't linger. All the products are also a little thicker or heavier than average. The cleanser goes on essentially clear, without lather, and has a slippery feel. I'm not sure how well it does removing makeup, but my skin felt clean, soft, and not dry after using. A little of the serum goes a long way. It is surprising how thick it felt on my face - not heavy or greasy, but just very moisturized. I agree with the other reviewer that you may be able to skip the moisturizer. The moisturizer is also a little heavier. I personally wouldn't use it under makeup. I would use it when I need a little extra hydration or as a night cream. It did leave a nice glow. $75 is a little pricey for this set except all the products go a long way and even longer if you use them as boosters as also suggested. I wouldn't substitute any of my other products for these, but if they do prove to help over time, I would consider adding them as boosters. All the products felt gentle, moisturizing, and of good quality.
