Is there a model for the cargo that covers the back of the 3rd row and folds nicely the 3rd row is either up or down?

Will this also fit 2023 Expeditions?

Does it have to be trimmed?

Will it fold up if/when I need to use the 3rd row? It appears to have a crease for this purpose...
