It helped my mom lose weight. However, the patch adhesive isnāt sturdy. She has to put tape on top of it so it wouldnāt fall. This helps you use the bathroom.

I have lost weight all ready , my family and friends are seeing it . Pant size are dropping. Down to my last , I ordered me three more boxes . Not everyone is the same , it might take long for some people. Donāt give up! Keep doing it! I loving it! I feel great . Itās working for me š„°š„°š„°š

I have to say they curve my appetite but busy during day
So far so good, I Think š¤ there are a few HUGE problems. 1st the direction are NOT in ENGLISH. So in truth I donāt know š¤·āāļø if they really do whatās advertised . Also the tape kinda irritate my skin , so I take a break for a day or so . for all I know it could be a M&M š¬ I Canāt even Read ingredients.

Need stronger bandages maybe
Itās seems easy to use and you seem to get a lot in the box but the tape doesnāt seem to keep the little ball in my belly button hole and pops out and rolls around the floor looking like rabbit dropping. Maybe itās user error or I have an aggressive belly buttonā¦ I will try it again maybe use a band aid for extra protectionā¦..
