Reviews mention broken cookies. My shipment arrived with quite a few broken as well. These are so light and crumbly that I can't imagine any better packaging than Kerrygold uses. Maybe wrap each individual cookie in bubble-wrap? I extracted the unbroken ones (careful: these will break if you stare at them harshly) and put them in the freezer for guests. The broken pieces taste just as good as the unbroken ones.Just about every other shortbread cookie I've eaten has proven to be a belly-bomb: too starchy (I suppose to keep them from falling apart). They're also too aggressively buttery and salty. But Kerrygold's are as light as a butterfly's kiss, and the quality and blend of ingredients is perfect. Take care: each cookie packs 130 calories! How they crammed so many calories in such a light cookie is beyond me. Maybe with leprechaun magic.Kerrygold Shortbread Biscuits truly are the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Treat yourself!

These cookies do not disappoint in the taste department. And I do appreciate the effort of the shipper to bubble wrap them. However, they still arrived broken to pieces. It's okay though, we still enjoyed them!

These biscuits did not disappoint! They were well worth the wait and it only took 10 says for me to receive my order from Ireland. They travelled well and they were sealed and fresh. They smelled amazing and taste even better. Not sure why some people complain that they came broken because they’re shortbread and they’re fragile but they still taste delicious! For the record, only one of mine was broken and that was the one I ate first :)

I guess I didn't realize these were actually coming from Ireland when I ordered them. They arrived very quickly, but were somewhat damaged in transit. They are cookies however, and I should have realized they would be fragile. There were enough intact biscuits in the center of the packets that I could make a nice plate display. The broken ones can be consumed without guilt because broken cookies have no calories....right?

Oh. My. Gosh. Food of the gods. This shortbread is so rich, so buttery, it's hard to find a superlative superlative enough. Two of them had a piece broken off, but I really didn't care. They were packed with care, and a tiny bit of breakage in transit from Ireland is inevitable. They definitely are beautiful enough to serve to guests. Not that I want to share.

WOW. Bought these Kerrygold Butter Shortbread biscuits in a gift shop in Dingle, County Kerry & got addicted immediately. Super delicious, perfect balance of sweet and just slightly salty, in a dense, yet a bit crisp, truly buttery crumb. Also - they are real bargain when you buy several 2-packs at once, to save on the shipping -in fact, basically the same price you’d pay if you bought these in Ireland! I got several 2-packs intended as holiday gifts on my first order, & am about to order more. Your peeps will appreciate these far much more than a Christmas fruitcake!

Delicious! These are so buttery and yummy. Yes a couple of cookies/biscuits came broken, but that does NOT change the taste. I live in the US and these are shipped to me so 2 broken biscuits a don’t bother me. If you are looking for some great cookies, these Kerrygold shortbread biscuits are the way to go.

I have a Scottish bakery by me and these are a little better. The only thing I did not understandis why some of the middle ones were crushed. Of course that did not stop me from buying themagain and giving away as a gift.

Ein wirklich gelungenes, sehr schmackhaftes Buttergebäck! Hochrangige Ware. Ein Stern jedoch fehlt, weil zumProdukt auch die Verpackung gehört. Die "Kekse" sind jedoch so eng gepresst in der Verpackung, dass man, wennman nur einen essen möchte, gleich mehrere herauszieht oder aber zerbricht. Das lässt sich sicher verbessern.Ansonsten: Kaufempfehlung, auch wenn der Preis überdurchschnittlich ist.

Delicious traditional Irish shortbread I bought for an Irish friend so she would have a taste of home at Christmas. Taste homemade. I would buy them again.
