Works for the most part with my office AMAYA phone. However, I couldn’t get it to work with the headset option on my phone. Ended up plugging it into the regular receiver jack of the phone and use the phone’s receiver jack to hang up since it is no longer connected to phone. Bit cumbersome. Haven’t had time to call the manufacturer support line, but did attempt to email. Don’t recall seeing any response, but also too busy to look again.

I have used it for a couple days. so far I like it, it works with my (Mitel)6831i with no issues. All my customers can hear me clearly and i can hear them just like the headset. the Earpiece could use a little more cushion but for the price this is an awesome headset. The mic stays put and the headset adjust easy enough. For the price I am very happy with the product.

This headset is very good and simple to use. You can't beat the quality for the price. I would recommend this to anyone who shares a phone as it's an easy solution to avoid sharing a mouthpiece. It's also great if you just want to go hands free.

Not good couldn't hear did not work well with the work phone

Had headset for 3 months and the microphone has already stopped working.Update. They have replaced the headset, great customer service!

I bought this headset for my office phone, which is a Nortel T7208. It worked right away. The phone itself has a mute button and a volume control so they are not necessary features on the headset. I was worried I would need an amplifier because I had read about some headsets needing an amplifier. This non-amplifier headset worked right away on this phone. The goose neck for the microphone works better than I thought it would. The build qualify seems great - especially for the least costly item I could find. I'm going to buy more of these for my office. Glad this one worked because the next step up was quite a bit more expensive.

I bought 3 for our office when our phone systems converted. Simply plug in and use. The one co-worker who is hearing impaired loves the headset and clarity it now offers him. I miss the mute button on the cord which was simpler than using the phone to mute the call but I will adjust. Comfortable for all day wear and very clear.

Cumple con su función aunque después de un par de horas de uso son incómodos.Le doy 3 estrellas porque no funcionan correctamente con los teléfonos Avaya 9601, haciendo que se tenga que conectar en la entrada del auricular en vez de la entrada de manos libres, pues en esta última no se escucha tu voz.No lo recomiendo si tienes otras opciones, pero si te es indispensable, en general no es mal producto

This headset replaced a Sennheiser USB headset after the headset controller gave out. The sound quality isn't as good as the Sennheiser but it's cheaper, so I can't complain. A slightly longer cord would be nice, but overall I'm happy and recommend this as a good purchase if you need a headset with an RJ9 plug to connect directly to your phone.
