This was the easiest printer cartridge swap. I've worked in an office for 20 years and so nice not to have to fight to get the cartridge replaced. Directions were easy to follow, and I was printing again in no time.

This item $172 was supposed to have yielded 5000Plus copies. We didn’t even get 2500 copies. Gave us enough for only 30 days in a very small one Dr dental clinic. Not set on high quality print either, just normal.

I haven't tried this cartridge yet, but the fact that the box was torn and damaged and then shipped without some sort of quality check note is a little alarming. No major damage was found, just some scuff marks.

We ordered this for a backup. Installed it today and the toner is registering at less than 30%. For almost $300? This is gross. Will try to get a refund, but what a huge disappointment.

We installed and just shy of 4 weeks, the printer said the toner was depleted and it had more than half. Very disappointed and holds up our production.

The toner is genuine and compatible with my printer model. It delivers clear and sharp prints, and it has a high page yield of 5,900 pages. The toner is also easy to install and remove, and it has a warranty and free returns. However, I find the toner to be very expensive compared to other brands or alternatives. It costs almost £200 for one cartridge, which is a lot of money for me.
