Order a size or 2 up it runs small!
I really like this waist trainer! I normally wear an xl but I sized up to 2xl and it fits snug but perfect! I wore it to work the first day and by the end of the day it felt uncomfortable; so I don’t recommend wearing it all day. It does make you sweat and makes you look slimmer so I’m pleased with it.

No care instructions
It definitely makes you sweat! It's very tight and I ordered a size up, took a few minutes to be able to breathe in it until it stretched out. Rating would be higher BUT it didn't come with any care instructions and I have no idea if its meant to be hand washed or if it's safe in the washer

This waist shaper is perfect for exercising and weight training. Am also wearing mine to work as i have to do a lot more walking up and down. all good just grab a very large size, I went by the comments that said 160 lbs used xxl and I am158 lbs and I get too loose fits easily up, and loose shoulders or maybe lose weight without using it 😂 but I will leave it because to return it I would have to pay for return

If you want to sweat, this is for you!
Purchased this, received it in a couple of days and am wearing it for the first time. Best to put on by stepping into it and pulling it up. Have had it on only a few hours doing my normal morning routine and can feel that I'm sweating. Great support, not too tight or uncomfortable. I ordered a XXL and normally wear XL. Have already ordered another so I don't have to wait for drying process to put it on again.

Couldn't tuck me in
Not a fan. Tried it on to see if I'd like to keep a body shaper. It felt like a tight shirt. My stomach was bulging out. I could've done the same without having spent money.2 stars because I liked the material plus I preferred no zippers or velcro.Definitely will return item.
