For a new not referb LT for collage EX value
Bought one each of these for my two sons for collage. They've been using them for over four months now and are 100% happy with them in every possible way. Very fast and VERY good battery life. Bought based on reviews here, reviews elsewhere, recommendations from friends and Acers rep for making VG affordable laptops.Can not recommend this laptop for a college application strongly enough.

So far so good
Great computer for school or to surf web. So far so good, no complaints. Love the way the keyboards are made. Sometimes I use for work and I'm able to type so fast. Battery last. It's not touchscreen.

Good value
I purchased this for my daughter. It does very well for her needs, which is basically Roblox and Snapchat. I helped her set it up and was never frustrated by random freezes or slow downs, but that's also why I don't buy less than an i3 processor. The only problem ever encountered was her mouse (external with USB dongle) stopped working once. I found the USB controller had shut down due to an error. I just disabled it and re-enabled it and it worked fine. It worked fine after an update. I would buy this again.

Why is there no volume
I can't yet write a review because there is no volume on the laptop and I am trying to figure out what I need to do. Could anyone help with this please? Thanks. Once that gets fixed, I should be able to provide a better review.
