Yes it is able to me set up for the Russian language. Call Autel to confirm Russian vehicles. When I update my scanner it does discuss in updates modifications to the coding for vehicles that are from foreign markets.

MS906Pro-TS is an expert-level diagnostic scanner that supports guided functions for VW vehicles and provides step-by-step repair guidance.
