Well worth the price
I got these for my husband. They look great and he says they are very comfortable. He has back and hip issues from years of running, playing basketball, and boxing made worse by a really bad mountain bike accident but he wears these to walk our young boxer/pit mix and says they are better than any of his sneakers.

The boots are great, I get lots of complements on them
The boots are great, I get lots of complements on them, and they are really comfortable. This is the second pair I own and if they are available I would like 2 more pairs, different colors. Can't go wrong with these boots! Update! I have purchased a third pair of these boots. Again really comfortable and durable. And other veterans are interested in buying them. I should get a commission on the sales!

These boots do not last long!!!
I wrote a review on these boots yesterday and checked them today and they are already tearing on the sides of both boots... I haven’t had them 2 weeks yet and they are already about to be thrown away... They fit comfortable but they don’t last long at all... This is my second pair... I tried them again due to them fitting great even though the last pair didn’t last but a month and a half... I gave them the benefit of the doubt but they failed me again... Money not well spent...

They made me feel like my toes were bleeding
These shoes made me limp at work all day long. After using it for two 10-hour shifts at work as a cashier (I stand all day long), these things made by toes red and swollen for days after taking them off. They made me feel like my toes were bleeding, and they might have if not for the sock I was wearing. These shoes don't have any real air cushion; that's pure marketing hogwash. The "air cushion" is just a see-thru cut-out. Metal supports pass through the "air cushion", which means the "air cushion" doesn't actually take any of the weight. The included soles are hard as a rock - at least for me, a 240lbs+ guy. Replacing them felt like a must for me right away. The upper part of the sole is VERY hard, and was rubbing against my toes a lot, so much so I had a noticeable limp at work. And all my co-workers asked if I had been injured before work. My boss bought me some new shoes (replacing these ones), and within a few hours my limp was gone! The leather for the shoe is too hard, and if standing on the tips of your toes you'll find the leather presses uncomfortably against your toes. Also the shoe tip is too narrow/pointy. It needs to be much flatter and taller in order to fit better. The only positive things about this shoe were the padding near the Achilles Heel (which was a godsend - best thing about this shoe, really), the water-resistance (this thing can stand minutes of walking through 4-inch puddles of water before I felt any moisture in my socks seeping through), the look (it makes you look like a bad-*ss!), and the support/grip in bad terrain (it rained heavily here in Texas, and the ground is a goopy mix of mud and gravel now, somewhat slippery and where normal shoes suffer in terms of traction/grip - but not with these shoes). However all the good qualities are negated when you're limping and in so much pain you aren't sure if your shoes are making you bleed! So this review isn't a good one, unfortunately. The shoe had some good stuff about it. But for it to improve, Mountain Gear needs to do some tweaks:1) Make shoe out of softer leather, or multiple pieces. The shoe lacks the flexibility to accommodate feet that are wider, or to stand on the tip of one's toes.2) Add internal foam padding to make the shoe less abrasive against the toes. This might make the shoe tighter, but it will also make the grip on the user's feet that much tighter too.3) Add more foam on the insoles, and make sure actual air cushions are used. Remove the metal supports, and let the heel of the foot be supported by the air cushion alone. Using multiple air cushions rather than just one big one can help distribute the weight more evenly while maintaining support.4) Make the tip of the shoe wider and flatter. A change in shape will do wonders for this shoe.Overall the design is a great starting point, but with shoes that injure the wearer, I can't recommend this shoe to anyone - and I'll never be wearing it again. Mountain Gear, please take this feedback into consideration for your next design. If the price-point is similar to this one, you'll have one amazing product.

Just for looks boot.
I’ve purchased this boot before so I knew what to expect. This is a good boot for the money but I wish the cushion was better. I was prepared and ordered a different set of insoles. If you want a cheap pair of boots that look good then you’ll like them. These are not long trail hiking boots by any chance.
