Very impressive! I highly recommend this product, especially for those who can't afford 80$-$180+ hair epilators...not to mention this is totally painless for me and epilators are INCREDIBLY painful! Also, cheap affordable epilators usually pull like 2 hairs each and you might as well end up shaving your fuzzy stash since it hurts so bad with those damn things. Past epilators I used actually damaged my skin as well as waxes, making it more dry and if ya have even the smallest of acne, they can ruin whatever healing your face is going through by irritating it. I prefer this product for a fast and painless hair removal on the tender face forsure. I do have to go over the areas I'm removing hair from in a repetitive left-right-left-right or up-down-up-down motion but takes just a few seconds. Doesn't hurt what so ever and TOTALLY beats painful waxes, tweezers or other hair removing products. It's very easy on the skin. Yes, it's shaving it off but it's not damaging like an actual razor and none of the peach fuzzies on my face, chin or upper lip has came back thicker or black. A couple thick loner jerks hairs on my chin I already dealt with before purchasing this product I do have to tweeze though because even though it removes them, it still leaves itty bitty pieces, sometimes can be noticeable and incredibly difficult to tweeze once it's that short so I tweeze those suckers first and then use this.

My trimmer arrived today. And to my surprise, it contained no razor head. Just the outer case, battery, and mini-brush. The photo shows a razor head (the gold part on the top), so I was expecting a complete ready-to-use unit, not something that I have to go spend another $11+ to have a working item. Will try to reach the seller to see what gives...2/12/18 Two weeks later, after corresponding with the seller and sending a photo of the product with its missing razor head (at the seller's request), there has been no resolution, or even discussion of a resolution. Am being left high and dry. The only way to get this unit to work is to purchase a razor head separately. Not cool.

This was a waste of money. Barely worked day one of having it. Literally worked when it wanted to even though I pumped fresh batteries all the time. Finally stopped working completely maybe after a month of sporadic use

Switch was loose and I had to jiggle it to get it to run. The motor did hum but the results were not what I expected and gave up in less than a minute when it stopped working on its own!!! . I would not purchase this facial hair remover it any of its clones on the market. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime Returns.

I liked the 2 pack. One for me and one for my sister. They are easy to use and make grooming a private thing. Waxing was too public and I didn’t like waiting so long between. I can touch up now whenever I see a new hair growth and it’s done.

This product works really well - it removes hair quickly and painlessly. It is a very pretty red color and looks like a tube of lipstick. Compact and battery has lasted a while so far. Would recommend.

Stopped working after using twice. Stupid thing even nicked my upper lip. You get what you pay for, I guess. Spring the $20 for an actual Finishing Touch.
