The video quality is amazing, super easy to install and set up.. love that it is voice controlled so you don't have to keep touching the screen... only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that it needs to be plugged in to work, I returned the first one because of that and the rear view camera was not showing the best.. the customer service I received in getting a replacement was 5 star by Annie.. she got me out a new one the same day I sent out the return.. this one holds a better charge but not for more than a min or so but I don't need it to be a security camera over night when I plug it out so it doesn't drain my car battery.. I just need it to be dash cam and a rear view mirror and it's 5 stars doing that and it will be plugged in while you drive so it's perfect

Glad I wasn’t the only one that experienced this. The mirror (when off) still shows through the video when on in broad daylight creating a doubled image.The attached image shows the camera clearly while the video was playing. No change to brightness effected this. Even more apparent while driving.Minor additional issue; I noticed that the clock auto-set but neglected to factor daylight savings. Was an hour off even after I corrected it. It reverted within minutes to the wrong hour.————- UPDATE ————-The seller contacted me and arranged a free device. This time I mounted the camera outside the car near the license plate and added window tint (50%). This did improve the image - crystal clear at night but during the day double image remains. Perhaps if I wasn’t looking for it or used a darker tint.I still have the clock issue and haven’t used this long enough to establish mean time to failure. But I would recommend darkening or obscuring your rear window altogether.

I bought this back in Nov of 2022. Had everything set up and never touched it again. After about 5 months the unit kept on turning on and off by itself so I unplugged the unit and found that the power adapter was failing. Contacted Customer Support and they sent me a New Power Cord replacement. One received I tried to plug it into the main unit, but it was had a hard time going in. I noticed that the New power cord had pushed all the "pins" down and made it impossible for the unit to work. I contacted customer support again and they immediately said that they would send a complete New Replacement. I've had the New Unit for about a week and everything is working fine.The Point here is that these guys will stand behind their product and will go out of their way to make sure your satisfied with your purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Annie (customer support) and would highly recommend requesting her help if you should have any issues with your unit.

So far so good. I've been diving around with this for about a week now. People don't become instant hemorrhoids when you've got this big led screen that they can themselves on while they're riding your butt! Both cameras are I'd say, decent for the money. I didn't want to put in any super good quality and expensive cameras that I'd be afraid would be stolen. This choice fit that requirement, and it easily stores away out of sight if I desire to as well. The whole setup is pretty much up to how you want it. This device would fit over 90%+ of rear view mirrors. The rubber back straps make it easy to figure out the fit as they are adjustable-to a point. If not, I'm sure some good old redneckery would work easily in a pinch. All in all, for the money, so far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. I even scooped up the hubby the other night in my hoop and showed him my score. He laughed and said it was perfect for sasquatch road cruising lol. I agreed actually. But the biggest take away from making this purchase has been the respect! People KNOW they are on camera. And nothing, and I mean NOTHING, stops the tweaker, wt, drunk alcoholic neighbor like a camera!!! I used to lie to keep the crazies at bay, but now I don't! So, here's to our do nothing HOA crackheads. They may not want to do anything about the driving in our neighborhood... but I am! I do LOVE VISUAL PROOF!!!

front camera is really clear even at night with your headlights but check where your wipers clean relative to the driver side of mirror. you can flip the mirror but then the wires will go down. water spots and dirt on the windshield will make the front camera useless. rear cam at night is kinda worthless with headlights. also the rear has a bracket which limits its placement. you cannot flip the rear cam image. look at the bracket in pics amazon pics and decide. the slow app is ok to download with wifi once you figure out how poorly it is configured. gives piece of mind to have and would purchase again.

It works ok but some key features not working would make it a "do not buy". If the G sensor is on it will lock all the videos, the memory card will fill up and it will just be a rear view camera. I had to turn it off completely to record video that isn't locked. The wifi to the phone is spotty at best. The app is very basic but still doesn't work. The camera is clear and it does record fine if the G sensor is turned off. I tried two different ones but they both functioned the same.

Very clear picture, gps is pretty accurate, ample camera power cables, text is clear and easy to navigate on screen. Disliked At night headlights kinda blurrs out the video.
