I was wrong though! It takes a few times, but when I do it every night I notice a definite change in my knees. The pain is reduced and I can actually walk without limping. Unfortunately, if I skip a day our two I can really feel the pain returning. So, I bought a spare, just in case the first one fails.

It fits well on my knee the heat is nice, the vibration works well I like the auto setting but is very noisy. I will see how it goes over the next week. Have a torn all and meniscus so I will be able to tell.Update will the charge doesn't last that long and I think the run time is a little short. Have used it a few times now and my knee feels better

It is good but not great if you have some swelling or fluid retention on your knee. It doesn't fit on properly in those cases. However, it does have options to increase the levels which makes it have impact on surface healing. Very short bursts of time, so which there was a feature to keep it on for longer time frames.

My job requires me to stand a lot and when I cane across this, I was a little skeptical in purchasing it because nothing has worked in the past. But when I tried this, I loved it. Works great on my knees and love to use if after a long day at work.

Easy to use. Was hoping it would help my knee so I wouldn't have to have a knee replacement. It was fine on for a few minutes but later that night my knee was killing me. I returned it the next day.
