ECCOmen's S Lite Hybrid Gore-tex Waterproof Chukka Boot

From day one, these have been super comfortable. Great nice/casual shoe. Great to slightly dress down.

Just bought. Enjoy. They are really soft because of insole - really like it.Sadly, didn't find this variant of insole from ecco to buy separately.Leather is soft too. Some reviewers wrote it is narrow for them - for me it is ok, as usual ecco (Timberland is narrow for me)Plus I would recommend this model over my previous ecco model - turn. (It was real discomfort to put them on because of narrow space when you are moving you foot through despite normal general fit. This model is not ideal in this, but better than turn)

A little tight in the tow box (I don't have wide feet) --they are very slippery on smooth wet surfaces --and they don't breathe well. They are pretty comfortable, and a very nice looking shoe/boot, but they are overpriced in my opinion. I don't regret the purchase, because there aren't many gore-tex options out there in this style. My concern is longevity because the leather material (I'm not convinced it's full-grain leather) seems a bit fragile and thin. Time will tell! If you find them on sale in your size for around $100 they're worth it, but I paid full price ($175) and think it's just too much for what they are.

Size runs too big and doesn't look as good as picture

I like these boots a lot but it is week two with them and they’re already coming apart. Ecco used to be fantastic but it seems, like most companies these days, they are letting their quality fall away. Too bad. Liked this company a lot.

Shopped the shoes for my recent trip and it’s more than pleasant. Comfortable to wear even for long distance walking (abt 30,000 steps per day). The shoes are easy to match with various styles and outfits. Definitely a great purchase!

Comfy and light. UPDATE: I recently wore these on a trip to France. Averaged 15k steps a day. All we did was walk. I felt nothing. I did not know about Ecco before. I will definitely consider this brand next time. Absolutely worth the money. Gotex protection from beer splashing in bars.

Sirven muy bien con el gore tex. Pero el exterior del zapato se ve gastado. Parece mas una bota de trabajo que un zapato de vestir.

Got a pair of 44’s that should be 28,3cm in size according to the guide. Measured to 30cm when received.Seems like a nice pair of shoes but looks like clown-shoes when the sizes are so off.

Die Stiefel/Boots tragen sich sehr bequem. Als Fersensporn-Geplagter kann ich sie sogar einen Tag ohne Einlagen tragen, da die Sohle bzw. das Fußbett für mich ausreichend gepolstert ist, das ist echt super!Auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht sehr gut.Wie sich das über einen längeren Zeitraum (mindestens 1 Jahr) verhält, wird sich zeigen.Bis jetzt meiner Meinung eine Kaufempfehlung ohne Reue!
