Used on my very weak damaged hair that had not only been repeatedly bleached but then multiple black box dyes on it. It left my hair in great condition and a lot lighter

My advice would be not to buy this product at all, and definitely not via Amazon Warehouse.I bought two boxes, described as 'opened but unused', but a bottle in one of them seemed to have developed a leak and was unusable. I threw it away but I see now that I should have returned it for a refund.I felt that there was enough product in one box to cover my hair, so I went ahead with the treatment. It took a very long time and by the end my hair felt like straw. My hair has only ever been coloured using semi-permanent brunette dye, so I didn't expect that it would be difficult to remove. I was wrong: my hair now is lighter but with a faint orange tinge.Bottom line: AVOID

Unfortunately this really didn’t work for my hair I’ve always dyed it one colour and wanted to go back to original but it barely lifted the colour from my hair so now I have patchy hair where it’s light and dark

Used this as my hair colour went wrong, first round is use did wonders as it took a lot of colour out however the second round i did with the rest of the product didn’t go as well and only took some of the colour that was left after using it the first time, may need a second box to do the little bits that are left

I had blond highlights and at some point I decided to get rid of them by dying my hair in chestnut brown colour (professional dye), however the result was much darker colour then I wanted, very dark brown, almost black, which didn’t look good on me at all. I’ve bought this colour remover hoping to lighten my hair colour by couple of shades. I used it two days after I dyed my hair. I kept the colour remover for 60 minutes as instructed. The instructions were very thorough, which was helpful as you had to apply different solutions at different stages of the process. The results were very satisfying. I ended up with lighter cooper brown colour, which was much better than the original colour. The hair didn’t look or feel damaged and, considering that I have sensitive and dry scalp, I didn’t have any irritation after applying the product.Some reviews said the it smelled bad, however I didn’t find the smell too bad, and it wasn’t strong or irritating, as some of the hair dyes.The only downside was the bottles with solution were made of hard plastic, which you can’t squeeze and it was very difficult to get the solution out of the bottles, especially the conditioner, at it was quite thick.I would definitely recommend the product if you want to lighten your dyed hair colour by couple of shades.

This product wasn't working on my hair. They are not even 1 tone different. Same colour as before. Just damage my hair a lot. Not recomended 👎👎👎

Honestly what a bloody waste of time. Did everything as it said, used the hairdryer towel etc and all it did was make my dark brown hair have a tiny red streak in it.

This is a fab product. I was bleach blonde (nearly white/yellow). I didn’t like it anymore so decided to go brown. It went a dark red brown which didn’t suit me at all. The picture shows a test strip I did. That was on for 40 mins (total time should be 60). It’s great! As you can see, it’s not back to white blonde but I actually find this dark blonde a better colour. Gentle on my hair, as it was quite damaged from bleaching. My advice is to do a test strip but follow instructions and don’t mix the whole bottle just for a test strip. Longer it stays in the bottle, less potency the mixture has. Buying another to complete the job.

Mi ha completamente rovinato i capelli, volevo togliere il residuo di una vecchia tinta (quello cerchiato) e ritornare al mio biondo cenere ma sono diventata arancione!

Le premier produit sent vraiment très mauvais l'odeur reste un peu le shampooing rend les cheveux très très cartonneux ne pas passer l'étape du conditionneur le produit a marcher dans l'ensemble.. c'est pas flagrant la couleur est toujours là mais légèrement moins foncé je pense que c'est toujours mieux que rien mais sa va pas faire de miracle non plus.. je vais rester sur une note neutre car sa a fonctionné mais pas trop non plus..

Leichte Anwendung, kein erschwertes Haar.Ich habe gleich nach der Behandlung eine starke Veränderung gesehen. Werde die Behandlung aber wiederholen müssen. Ein anderes Produkt, welches ich versucht habe, hat nicht funktioniert.

No ha hecho lo que dice nada de bajada de color. No me ha gustado nada nada. No lo recomiendo. He seguido las instrucciones al pie de la letra.
