The first thing I want to point out about these adult diapers is the fact that they really are a bargain, compared to some of the other brands out there. They are only a fraction of the price. They are currently being sold for just under $25, considering the fact that you receive 2 packages with 10 diapers each, amounting to 20 diapers total, this is not a bad deal at all. I have noticed that some of the other brands I have tried in the past usually tend to be kind of papery and the materials they are made from can irritate my skin but these are nice and soft. They actually feel quite chili feel quite comfortable compared to the majority of the other ones I have tried.I have uploaded a picture of one of these diapers turned inside out so that you can see what the inside of the material looks like. As you can see, it is pretty quilted and it has the ability to absorb quite a bit of liquid. As per the instructions, you can use them like briefs and pull them down if there is only urine in them but you can also tear them at the sides if there is excrement. The sides are thin to the point where they will tear but they won't tear unless you pull pretty hard on them. You don't have to worry about them tearing apart unless you want them to.

First of all, these are actually NewClears as it is written right on the underwear. It says I bought large (38" waist here), but feels like medium--a little tight. There is no printing on the underwear to indocate size Not quite as comfortable as the real NewClears branded--maybe because these are too small. They are indeed incredibly thin, thinner than the actual NewClears that I have. They claim a lot more absorbency than NewClears, but are definitely not. I can barely last 2.5 hours.They did start to leak after 3 hours so does not seem to hold as much as it claims.

My wife was expecting these to be bulky, but they are not. They are very soft and have a slim profile, yet are absorbent enough for what she needs. Her incontinence is more the "dribble when I sneeze" type than full blown incontinence, so she needs something she can wear all day in lieu of regular underwear and that will keep her shorts or pants from smelling like urine at the end of the day. These fit the bill perfectly. They are comfortable to wear and come in especially handy when on a plane flight or a long road trip. They are easy to pull up and down and do not bunch up in the crotch and elsewhere even after being worn all day. This underwear comes in two packs of 10 each for a total of 20. As for the size information, look on the amazon page for "Product Description" and in the subheading "Specification" it says, "Size: Medium(24"-36"), Large (34"-50"), Extra-Large (48"-60"), 2X-Large(58"-72")". It also says in the next subheading "Note" that "If your size is close to the upper limit of a given range for a particular size, then you may need to choose a larger one." My wife used the size chart before ordering, and hers fit perfectly.

Decent product. Ordered for my special needs daughter who is incontinent at night. These won’t hold her urine output, but they seem like they would work for someone who has one accident and can change themselves during the day.

I received these Aimisin Premium Incontinence Underwear to evaluate and review. They arrived in excellent condition and were delivered by the promised date.I was not familiar with this brand, but I have tried many other brands before and I would have to say that these rank up there as possibly the most comfortable pullups I have used! The fabric is so soft, which is very important since you have these on 24 hours a day. Some other brands are just a little bit scratchy, but not these. I think the leg cuffs are the best of any I've used. They fit just right and give you a secure, full coverage fit. Ideally, this type of product should feel comfortable enough that you are not constantly aware that you have them on, and that has been my experience with these.The Aimisin Premium Incontinence Underwear came in packages of ten, which makes it easy to store. I've gotten some others before that came in big boxes that were not nearly as convenient to store. The absorbency was great as well. I felt confident going off from home, knowing that I was protected from an embarrassing accident. As you can tell. I really like these and I definitely recommend them. Five stars! Ordered these hoping they would be similar to size designation of other familiar-to-me brands. Ordered M, hoping it would be the same as other brands going by a person's Weight, but there was nothing to figure out the correct Size by looking at their Amazon site - no explanation (that's why 4 Stars). Took a chance with M! They arrived - and the packaging shows the Hip Size,.....so M means 24"-36", L would be 34"-50", XL is 48"-60", and XXL is 58"-72". What's weird is that my hip measurement is in the low 40's. Tried on a pair and lo and behold - the M size fits beautifully. Sooo, there's a lot of stretch! As for front or back, it's not really designated, but I think the back padding is a bit higher and there's a tab with a blue stripe. The sides have a tear-away feature for quick and easy removal if needed, for any elimination. A few other observations: This Incontinence Underwear is very soft and comfortable, has an ample long and wide padding for efficient absorption but is still thin (I believe there's a lining in the middle), and the material feels like a soft breathable cloth, with a ruffled elastic around the legs and a wide 1" waist band, and as stated before - plenty of stretch all around! These can be worn by both women or men.
