Expected a certain amount of flimsiness as it is a child's toy. It's not going to stand up too long to the severe beating that a child can render; this is expected. That being said the damn head fell off five minutes into handling of the toy. We tried to place the head in the original position only to find that the head was being held in place by a zip-tie, a damn zip-tie. I can't assume to speak for any other's' expectations but to me that screams "cheap" and lazy. I would not purchase this again.
