When I opened the package I thought it was too flat but after leaving it in the sunlight it puffed up nicely! It is very comfortable with no need to keep adjusting as I sleep on either side.

Awesome pillow, no longer having neck pains or arm issues. Great design, perfect firmness, great pillow case-very soft. I am not a hot sleeper so I can't say if it sleeps warm again no issues from me on that point.

Warning: NO ADDITONAL SHREDDED FOAM was included with my pillow (only rec'd a pillow)-- even though comments/reviews and the instructions clearly indicate it would be included "Side sleepers- Try as is, Add or remove foam as needed." You cannot ADD foam if you do not receive it. I specifically wanted an adjustable pillow that provided additional foam- should it be needed ---and I would NOT have purchased this specific pillow had I known I would not receive additional foam. There are too many other options for adjustable pillows that provide additional foam.The pillow was shrink-wrapped, then tightly rolled and taped, then put in a cloth cylinder with a zipper on top. Once opened, it expanded quickly (difficult to send back- so I will keep).VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED-- as the pillow itself is nice, but this is HIGHLY misleading!

I haven’t seen much difference yet with my neck and shoulder pain but I’ve only slept on it twice. It is more support than a normal pillow and allows my shoulder to have room when I am on my side. I like that it comes with a lot of extra foam if you want to add more and you can take some out as well if you need it to be less rigid. It fits in my regular pillow case as well. I like it so far

I absolutely love this pillow I am a side and stomach sleeper and this has saved my shoulder. I’ve been sleeping on one of those U shaped pillows for baby’s and this was a much needed replacement.

I rarely leave a negative review, but I was so disappointed by this pillow. No matter how I rearranged the inserts it was SO hard. The pillowcase was a strange, almost water-proof texture, too. Even with another pillowcase over the top of it, it didn't feel cozy at all. I even had my husband try it, just in case I was being overly picky (plus he enjoys a really firm pillow), but he agreed it wasn't usable at all.

I shudder thinking about all the wasted time and money spent on the Mama Bear/ Papa Bear search for the perfect pillow. Now, you can literally create your own pillow.The three different layers give you the option to switch them around or leave them out to find the comfort and support level that you need. Each of the layers are enclosed in its own case allowing for easy addition or removal. The outer pillowcase unzips along both the end and along one side making swapping the layers so much easier.I do not remember ever sleeping as well and awakening as well rested as I do with this pillow. Plus, I have been informed that my snoring is no longer an issue.If you can't seem to find a pillow that works for you, give this a try. As happened with me, it may take you a week of trial and error to find the right combination of layers. But once you find it, it will all be worth it.

I'm delighted with this item. I tried it out as soon as it arrived! I'd been mashing up my regular pillow to make it cushion me properly, to little avail. This Schnauzer pillow does the trick perfectly. I awoke without pain in neck or shoulder for the first time in forever. Love it. So happy I found it.

The pillow was not vacuum packed when i opened the box. The instructions and the package of extra filling were missing. When i took off the plastic bag i was hit by fabric softner smell, and saw the fabric and laundry labels were missing and could see where they had been removed, and realized i had been sent a used pillow. I'm really disappointed having been sent a used one and hoping this will be made right.

OMG this is the worst pillow ever. Does not keep you cool. Cover is just over all lousy. Do not waste your money.
