This would be the Ford model of the Hydro world. But just like a Ford, it gets the job done. Parts are plastic, tip is not stainless steal (you can replace tip for better quality on ebay) and cheap feeling, but so is the price... it only has one intake bottle, so no fancy switches to switch sermus by a button, you have to manually switch. Make sure you are disinfecting after each client, to avoid clogging up the insides... and clean out the back canisters at least once a month, depending on use. Great machine for a small business. Ive had mine 18 months, going strong. Probably not gonna last long if used daily, multiple times a day...

I’ve owned this particular device at a med spa before and my clients loved it , so was excited to see I could purchase through Amazon. I Went to use device with a client and it wouldn’t work! I should’ve tried it out before I scheduled clients - Too much money to spend for a device that doesn’t work! I sent it back and hope I get my money back bc now I’ve lost a lot of money

I would rate this a 3 in a half if I could because this machine is a pretty decent machine but I only have a few complaints. The black tube where you put your serum solution in the serum bottle is a bit too thick meaning that you’re going to run out of your serums very quickly so you’re going to be using up more of your serum solutions and essentially spend more money buying the solutions. They should’ve made the tube more skinnier to help preserve some of the solution or have an option to slow down the suction of the serums through the black tube in the bottle you put the serums in. Also, another issue that I have is that it doesn’t come with a closed cap and the plastic waste jar is not glass so when you’re disinfecting the bottle after each use between a client, it’s going to break down and you’ll have to purchase a new bottle. So I guess it’s true that you do get what you pay for.

After using this machine for three months as a skin care small business owner, I think it's worth to invest for Dermal Infusion treatment comparing the price with decent brand machine. The black tube in the treatment serum bottle is a little big, but it's fine for me because I don't like to use big suction which can stretch the skin. The seller is very nice, encourage buyers to contact her if there is any opinion about the machine.
