Not bad, not great.
This is the third spicy soppressata I've tried. Flavor-wise, not the best, but not bad. Texture is softer than the others I've had, maybe a little extra fat, not awful though. Probably one of the spicier ones I've had. Ranks 3rd overall. I prefer Alps even though it has a bit of a... almost breakfast sausage taste to it. Best I had came from a deli or butcher shop in Rhode Island (was a gift, didn't get business name). There's better out there for the money. Personally I like the firmer textures but if you want more spice and more tender, this could be a decent substitute.

Threw it away!
Slick and slimy! The package did not look like it had a good seal on it but I was quite excited to try it. However I took a few bites anyway and wish I had not!I do not throw much food away as a mater of fact this is the first Charcutery Item I have ever trashed!I may have got a bad one but the one? But what I received is what I am basing my review on.

Too pricey for what you get
I didn't like the amount you got for the price. The add said 5.5 ozs and you get 4.5ozs. The taste was decent though.

Pricey, spicey, and good
A little pricey, but uncured sopressata is hard to find. My friends family makes this, he was surprised on how good it was.

Smelly and disgusting "artisan" salami.
Disgusting smell and taste. I don't understand why people like this. I like unusual flavors, but this was just terrible.
