No replacement for Sunfiber
If you are looking for an alternative to Sunfiber - THIS IS NOT IT - if you need a Low FODMAP fiber - do not buy this. I saw tremendous improvement with Sunfiber that has been undone by this product. The worst part is - the manufacturer does not allow returns, so if Bioactive Organic Fiber causes you negative side effects - you are stuck with it. It’s not worth it. Buy the Sunfiber!

Normalcy, again

No se disuelve con facilidad.
The media could not be loaded. No se disuelve con facilidad. Por más lento que lo haga, no importa si es agua fría o a temperatura. Siempre se crean grumos y no se disuelven bien.Si cae bien al estómago y el sabor casi no se siente. No se porque pasa lo de los grumos.

Super easy way to stay on track with fiber intake when traveling
Product contains 7 g of water soluble choir fiber otherwise known aa sunfiber. My understanding is that this is partially hydrolyzed fiber so the fiber is in the form of non-digestible carbohydrates of low and medium molecular weight that pass through to your gut and nourish your gut, micro biome. The primary feature of this is that it's odorless and tasteless and does not make the liquid. You dissolve it and get thick like Metamucil does. I wish there was a version that also had a broad spectrum probiotic in it.

crazy difficult to dissolve
the fiber tends to form an unassailable clump in the middle of your bev. the only thing i found to work fairly reliably was to put it in a water bottle and shake it vigorously at intervals over 5–10 minutes.
