This book is a great resource for the development of effective energetic committed lay leadership. It gives clear and concise instructions how to handle difficult situations in an acceptable way as well as numerous guides for self help growth in ability and the importance of seeing to personal spiritual needs.

Lots of food for thought at both the pastoral level and lay ministers and staff. I gave a copy to each of my pastors and to a friend who is a lay minister.
