UPDATE: After posting the review below, I was contacted by the seller who offered an immediate and full refund. While this doesn’t change the functionality of the collar, I am happy with the end result - I am not out any money on the purchase. I’m glad they were quick to reach out and offer a resolution.We live in a wooded rural area and have been the only residence here for a long time, so our dog was used to wandering far and wide. When we got new neighbors, we had to retrain him to stay closer to home. This collar worked perfectly, as we could set a decent radius for him to wander in, And the collar would keep him from wandering outside of that area. We’ve had the collar just over 3 months and it’s beginning to malfunction. It will randomly beep for no good reason. He could be in the house, or outside within the area website for him, and it just starts beeping. It terrifies him because he thinks he’s going to get shocked. We have tried restarting it, re-centering the GPS, but the problem persists. I would like to contact the seller, and see if they have any good troubleshooting ideas for me. But I can’t find a way to contact them because we’re outside of the three month return window. I didn’t mind paying $100 for this collar to begin with, and it worked perfectly for our needs at that price. But I can’t replace it every three months. if I could get some help from the seller and get it working again or get it replaced, I could give this a better rating. But it’s not a good value if I have to replace it every three months.

I have 40 acres and a LGD that liked to hang out at neighboring farms a little to much. I couldn’t pin or chain him because then he is useless. So I looked into this product. Out of the box I played around with it and quickly learned how to use it with a video. Next day put it on my dog and took a walk. Once we hit the perimeter he got a beep, then a vibrate, then a shock. Problem was I had it turned up way to high and it got him pretty good. For a day he wouldn’t walk with me anymore. The next day he would and we took a different way and when we reached the 900 meter perimeter he got a beep and immediately headed back to the house. It has been three days now and he hasn’t been hanging out at the neighbors anymore.The charging every 18 hours or so is a bit of a pain but chargers in a couple of hours. I’m giving it 4 stars because the collar is not a snap type collar. Once your dog knows what the collar does he won’t like you putting it back on. I’d suggest replacing the collar. Other than that it did it’s job and I have had no issues this far.

Product works well, but stopped working soon after using it. Customer service very easy to email. Hopefully the next collar works better, but it does have a 2 year warranty so the reassurance is nice.

This is my 3rd trial at a "wireless fence" to keep my 2 beagle pups closer to home. So far, I only have positive things to say about the product. It is easy to program. It has continued to work effectively, even when splashing through the creek. The GPS feature for setting the center distance point appears accurate in moderately dense woods and when running around the buildings outside. With previous trials using a receiver base, the signal was lost when the pups ran around the corner of the house, and would unfortunately "reprimand" them within the acceptable distance range. It is also great that there is a method to maintain the settings and set point during charging, which will keep the boundaries consistent.

My unit arrived missing the small parts package and I contacted the company through the Amazon link on Saturday afternoon. I received the missing parts the next day on Sunday! Setup is simple and instructions are clear and accurate. I tested the unit before ever putting it on my dog and found that the audio, vibration and shock warnings go off simultaneously. I had expected the shock to have a delay after the other two types of warning. When I put the collar on my dog, I only activated the sound and vibration. As soon as the sound and vibration went off, she turned back immediately. I have been using the collar for almost a week and it works wonderfully, no more worrying about coyotes!

I installed this system at my new home. Love that I no longer rely on buried wires that get broken every winter by frost heaves. The rechargeable battery is great. The collars are lasting about 2 years before they need to be replaced

We ordered two of these units for our dogs. One of the units did not hook up correctly and customer service took care of us immediately the second unit came within a week and our dogs now know they have boundaries. Would definitely purchase again

Worked on our property great. Slight malfunction after a short time of use with some of our outbuildings that had a metal roof. Company has been helpful and said they would replace. I still highly recomend this device.
