I use this all the time. Great flavor!!

The product worked great, but much to my dismay, they add steva. I'm extremely sensitive to stevia. It gives me terrible migraines. I learned the hard way during a long endurance cycling event that the product contained stevia. I should have read the label closer. :-(

Lemon Splash: this dissolved well in a bottle of water. It had a good mix of bitter and sweet but not too overpowering on the sweet side unlike Gatorade. If you're looking for a change of pace from Gatorade, this is a great product.

Quick and easy to use for recovery. Great flavor! Love that there are products like this, safe, effective and taste great.
